| . Leyao's first product, Oriental Salad Dressing, was developed by Susan Yao while employed by a health food restaurant. It was so well accepted that Susan and husband, James Yao, began independently producing the product from the original recipe. They began operations in 1988 and continued until retirement in 2002. Leyao's still, to this day, honors the original concept, bringing you delightful flavors using healthful ingredients.
